The site consists of an existing shophouse structure adapted for mixed commercial and hospitality use, requiring alignment with established brand spatial standards.

The spatial approach extends the established ST Signature design framework into a new location. The intervention focuses on maintaining brand continuity while adapting spatial planning to the specific constraints of the Tanjong Pagar site.

Room configurations are standardised to maintain consistency across the hospitality network. Shared facilities are positioned to support operational efficiency and guest accessibility. Spatial planning ensures alignment between density requirements and return-on-investment parameters defined by the client.

The project establishes continuity in hospitality experience across locations while maintaining efficiency in spatial configuration and operational performance.
