We engaged to design the furnish up the unit for leased out to be ready-to-move-in condition.

With the given space in living & Dining area next to the open plan kitchen. the dining area is the challenge in How to incorporate the dining into kitchen area seamlessly.

After rounds of site review and discussion with the client. We proposed the solution of one long built-in cabinet start from the door till the living space.

Living room furnished up with minimal TV feature wall for cable management + minimal storages.

We make the final touch by the additional coved light above the kitchen area to soften the entire area. Gives the hospitality mood in the comfort of the home. Minimal pendant lights and LED spotlight was added in the appropriate manner just enough to fulfilled the needs.

Both bedrooms was furnish with bedhead feature wallpaper and carefully selected the loose furnitures and soft finishes to be matched with overall interior architecture theme.
